All orders under $80 will be sent via Australian Express Post at $10 per pacel.
We make every effort to despatch your order as soon as payment is received. There are sometimes unexpected delays with deliveries. Please let us know if an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe sent to you. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with theAustralia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
Delivery loss or damage is very rare. At Dottie & Ez, we take every effort to ensure that your item is packaged securely so that it arrives safely at your address. We do not recommend that product orders not be left for prolonged periods in letter boxes which maybe in full sun, so if you can have delivery where there is someone to receive it is preferable.
If your order has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items according to our discretion, with another selection or refund. Please keep the damaged goods until you have discussed this with us. It may be that we need to see the goods or that we need to show the damage to our courier company in order to obtain compensation.

Dottie & Ez provide FREE POSTAGE for all Australian orders that have a value of $100 or more.
International deliveries will be via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery can take up to 10 days depending on location. We send you an email to your let you know when your item has been shipped. If a problem should arise, such as stock availability, we will contact you regarding any expected delays.
