We expect that you will love your items as much as we do. If however, you are not completely satisfied with the quality or size, we will happily exchange or refund your item.
Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt of your order, in original condition with tags still attached. To return or exchange an item, please log into your account and action a return on your invoice or send an email to email@example.com and provide the following information:
Returned products must be new and unused, with tags still attached to comply with Australian Government Health Regulations. Acceptances of returned products are subject to being inspected by Dottie & Ez and being judged, in our sole discretion, as in original, undamaged, and resalable condition.
If it is clear that the item is not in its original condition, Dottie & Ez reserves the right to refuse to refund your payment. We will contact you if there are any problems in this regard.
